Spanky's Grille is run by my wife (Jennifer Zak), and myself (Ben). Usually both of us are at the restaurant, but you will ALWAYS ALWAYS find at least one of us. My wife is in charge of the kitchen, which ensures that every meal is cooked fresh, fast, and accurately. I run the front, because it's that to not only see, but hear what our customers think of their meal at Spankys.. In the end our opinion means nothing, but your thoughts mean everything. In 2007 we began monitoring the internet for independent reviews, and were so proud of the positive reviews we wanted to share them with you. |
